THIS SITE IS INTENDED FOR AN ADULT AUDIENCE. 1. We require that you be 18 years of age or older to access this site. If you are not yet 18, come back when you are. You may be pretty to look at, but I can tell you right now that you're not worth my dealing with some closeted Kansas DA. 2. If you are offended by or think you might be offended by frank discussion, nudity, graphic photographic or motion picture portrayals of physical acts of a homosexual nature and you do not wish to be offended by such things, please come back when you're mature enough to handle real life with some dignity and grace. 3. Services offered are for the use and enjoyment of members in good standing only. Any intentional, forceful act of malice, mischief or harm towards this site or any of its users will be met with all the means at my disposal to protect my livelihood and the privacy and enjoyment of my members. 4. If you wish to purchase a trial subscription, please do not use an eCheck to do it with. Your check will not clear before the trial is over, and I won't refund your money until you send me flowers or chocolate. 5. If you're charged for something you're not supposed to be charged for and it's my fault, I'll fix it. I have no problem admitting when I'm wrong. If it's your fault: chocolate, flowers, flattery, and good luck will be immensely helpful to your cause. 6. EMAIL ADDRESSES: If you register with a bad email address, or register with an address you can't read mail out of (it happens), you won't get in and I won't give you a refund: flowers or no flowers. Your email address is just one of those silly things that you should know, AOLer or not. If you're not sure whether you typed in the correct email address, check it before you continue to Paypal during registration. Your accounts with me and Paypal (and the communications you receive from us) are based on your email address. I'd hate for you to pay for a membership you can't use. The only way to change your email address once you've registered is to cancel your account (no refunds) and re-register with another email address. I only ask that you use your noggin just a little bit. It's a challenge to think with a hardon, but try. 7. Cancelling your account. If you wish to cancel your account at any time, please click here or follow the instructions for doing so in the email that you will receive from Paypal once you are registered. As a courtesy, I can cancel your account if you ask me to, but I can't guarantee that it will be cancelled before the end of your billing period. In other words, if you have a trial membership and you ask me to cancel it for you, I may or may not be able to cancel it before the three days are up, and you will be charged $9.95 for the next month. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for uncanceled recurring memberships. i-Cafe.com cannot be held responsible for charges incurred by a subscriber's failure to cancel a recurring membership directly through Paypal. Use it, don't abuse it; and please wash your hands before returning to work.
